Fulfillment-Oriented
Career Design:
Design Your Future
I help you define a career that feels meaningful, energizing, and aligned with who you truly are. You (re)design your professional path in a way that reflects your unique values, strengths, and needs.
Whether you're just starting out, going through a transition, or feeling unfulfilled in your current role, my approach enables you to design career paths from scratch or adapt the path you have already engaged in, in a way that fulfills you.
For this goal, I have created the process Design Your Future. It exists as a programme of 8 weeks that is a combination of digital content and one-to-one coaching (click here). It also exists as a workshop that I offer regularly at ETHZ, EPFL and other institutions. You can see an example here.
The course From Waste to Worth, is a another version that lasts 12 weeks a 3 hours, and has been given at the Y-Institute of Hochschule der Künste Bern (HKB).
Increasing Intrinsic Motivation and Organizational Success
If employees in your organization are facing disengagement, going through role changes, or if you are aiming to improve team dynamics, my approach provides practical tools for reshaping roles in ways that work. Through my Design Your Role programme, I work with team leaders and employees to redesign roles so their intrinsic motivation and productivity increases.
Neurodiversity,
High Sensitivity,
Multipotentiality
As a neurodivergent, highly sensitive person and multipotentialite myself, I know firsthand what it's like to experience these traits, both in everyday life and when navigating work and social environments.
In my coaching, I support you in harnessing the strengths that come with your neurodivergence or multipotentiality.
In my work, I help you in recognizing, integrating, and clearly expressing and communicating your needs. Moreover, I guide you in planning and designing a career path that aligns with the above. The goal is to help you create work and life environments where you can truly thrive.
I also lead the ongoing workshop “Neurodiversity and Career: What Should I Be Aware Of?” at the University of Kiel’s Continuing Education Program. if you happen to be enrolled in Kiel University, this a course that is free of charge for you. Have a look here.
My work includes the mental health and wellbeing of neurodiverse BIPOC individuals, The intersectionality of being black and neurodiverse brings specific challenges too.
D‑Tense:
The Art of Moving
Into Who You Are
I invite you to dive into the living dialogue between your body, voice, and inner world.
Through movement improvisation, somatic awareness, and playful voice work, you’ll turn your body into a creative compass — unlocking your natural artistry and giving shape to what your inner voice truly longs to express.
In a safe, spacious, and inspiring environment, I guide you to embody your stories and let movement speak where words fall short.
My approach weaves together psychology, music, performance art, dance, and theatre. Always with storytelling at its heart.
Workshops here include for example The Body is Your Score.
